Refund Policy
At iQfreelance, we prioritize transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. Our refund policy for security deposits is outlined below:

If the project is not awarded:
The full security deposit will be refunded instantly upon confirmation that the project was not assigned to any freelancer.

If the client cancels the project after award (before work starts):
Refunds will be processed within Max 60 to 90 calendar days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

If the project is canceled in the middle (after work has started):
No refunds will be issued. The security deposit will be forfeited as per platform guidelines, since the freelancer has failed to honor the project commitment.

Verification Process:
All refund requests undergo internal review to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and prevent misuse.

Refund Method:
Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or credited to the user's wallet, based on availability and user preference.
