Eligibility & Registration
- Freelancers must be at least 15-18 years old and legally eligible to work.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
- Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Information Policy
- Freelancers must provide accurate and truthful information when requesting withdrawals.
- Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information submitted for withdrawal purposes will be considered a violation of company policy.
- The Company reserves the right to impose a penalty of USD $150 for each such violation, which may be deducted directly from the freelancer’s account balance.
- Continued violations may result in account suspension or termination, in addition to other remedies available under applicable law.

Profile & Identity Verification
- Freelancers are required to maintain a complete and professional profile.
- The platform may request identity verification documents at any time.
- Misrepresentation of skills, experience, or identity may lead to account suspension.

Project Acceptance & Commitment
- Freelancers must complete accepted projects within the agreed timeline and scope.
- Failure to deliver without valid reason may result in penalties or account restrictions.
- Freelancers must not subcontract work without client consent.

Security Deposit Policy
- Some projects may require a refundable security deposit (typically 8% of project value).
- If the project is not awarded, the deposit is refunded instantly.
- If the project is canceled after award, refunds are processed within 60–70 calendar days.

Communication & Conduct
- All communication must remain professional, respectful, and within platform channels.
- Harassment or abuse of clients or staff will result in immediate termination.
- Freelancers must respond to client queries within a reasonable timeframe (ideally within 24-48hours).

Payment & Withdrawal
- Payments are released upon client approval of milestones or final delivery.
- 1st Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–5 business days, subject to verification.
- Freelancers are responsible for any applicable taxes or legal obligations in their jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution
- Freelancers must cooperate with the platform’s dispute resolution team.
- Evidence such as chat logs, deliverables, and timelines will be reviewed.
- The platform’s decision will be final and binding.

Intellectual Property
- All work delivered must be original and free from plagiarism.
- Upon payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Freelancers must not reuse or resell client work without explicit permission.

Account Suspension & Termination
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
- Suspended freelancers may appeal by submitting a formal request with documentation.

Platform Integrity
- Freelancers must not attempt to bypass platform fees, commissions, or payment systems.
“Off-Platform Dealings Policy”
Any attempt by clients or freelancers to arrange payments or projects outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal to protect the integrity and safety of the marketplace.
This ensures fair play, secure transactions, and trust between all parties.
- Soliciting off-platform payments will result in a permanent ban.
"Platform may disclose Freelancer's professional information (name, contact, credentials, portfolio) to Client if Freelancer refuses or withdraws from a project. Client uses this data solely to find alternative providers. Sensitive data (financial, SSN, medical) excluded. Freelancer receives 24-hour notice. Opt-out available with reduced platform visibility."
