I’m scoping a cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS platform focused on equipment compliance management (initially for Hong Kong LALG regulatory environment). The platform will allow multiple companies (maintainers, owners, contractors, inspectors, etc.) to collaborate on shared assets through a relationship-based access model. I am currently in the budgeting and evaluation phase and need a structured development proposal based on the attached draft specifications.
