I need the configuration rewritten so the entire project builds cleanly in a standard Windows environment—whether that means CMake, Visual Studio solutions, or another toolchain you recommend. Key objectives • Update or replace existing build/configuration files so the codebase compiles without errors on Windows. • Keep all existing functionality intact; no behavioural changes. • Provide a short README that explains the exact steps required to reproduce a successful Windows build from a fresh clone. I will test by cloning the repository on a clean Windows machine, following your README, and confirming it builds and runs as it does on Linux/macOS. Once that passes, we’re done.
