Phase-1: Core CRM Foundation (Design First, Then Development) Zoho-Inspired Real Estate CRM PHASE-1 OVERVIEW Phase-1 establishes the complete operational foundation of the Real Estate CRM. This phase combines system security, lead management, and property inventory, enabling agents to start daily sales operations. Design will be finalized and approved first. Development will begin only after design sign-off. This approach ensures clear scope, reduced rework, faster development, and high client confidence. PHASE-1 OBJECTIVES Finalize CRM UI/UX aligned with real estate workflows Implement secure user access with role-based permissions Centralize lead capture and lead lifecycle management Enable structured property listing and inventory management Prepare a scalable base for future automation, reporting, and mobile apps PHASE-1 EXECUTION STRATEGY (DESIGN FIRST APPROACH) Before any development activity starts, complete UI/UX design and workflow validation. Design Activities Business workflow discussion Screen-by-screen UX planning Zoho-inspired UI layouts Field-level and form-level finalization User journey validation Design Deliverables Approved wireframes / Figma designs Final screen list per module Finalized fields and form structure Formal design approval and scope freeze Once designs are approved, the scope will be frozen and development will begin. MODULE 1: AUTHENTICATION AND USER MANAGEMENT Purpose Ensure secure system access and user identity management. Functions Included User login and logout Password reset via email Secure session handling User profile management Outcome Secure access to CRM User accountability and traceability MODULE 2: ROLES AND ACCESS CONTROL Purpose Control who can view, create, edit, or delete data within the CRM. Functions Included Role-based permissions Predefined roles: Admin, Manager, Sales Agent Module-level access control Data visibility rules Own records access Team records access All records access Outcome Strong data security Controlled access based on responsibility MODULE 3: LEAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Purpose Centralize all incoming leads and manage the complete lead lifecycle.
